Exhibitor Parties
Our exhibitors can look forward to Exhibitor Parties on Fridays. This is a great time to relax, catch up with friends and eat some delicious food. HITS is excited to continue this tradition in 2021. The following Partners will be catering the exhibitor parties this year!

Rules & Restrictions:
- Carts must be lined up by 2:45 pm on 2/13 for peer judging
- Judging will end at 3:30 pm
- Strong adhesives such as but not limited to duct or shipping tape, staples, glue or any materials that cause permanent damage are strictly prohibited and cause for disqualification. Individuals will be responsible for any permanent damages.
- Decorations must be removed before cars are returned to Dever.
- All are encouraged to participate
- Peer-based voting: Drop your ballot in the Dever ballot box next to where carts will be lined up next to the Hunter 1 Schooling Area for voting
- Décor should be Valentine’s themed, see below for creative inspiration.
