At HITS, we believe in the evolution of our sport through knowledge, experience, and exceptional horsemanship. HITS University seeks to provide educational resources to the equestrian community through three channels:
Helping To Build a Pipeline of Qualified USEF Licensed Officials: Licensed officials are paramount to each day of competition. HITS U aims to help aspiring officials achieve USEF accreditation in judging, course design, stewardship, and certified schooling supervision through the facilitation of apprenticeship and judging opportunities, as well as by hosting USHJA judging clinics. HITS also offers an annual grant to help support individuals in their pursuit of licensing.
Seasonal Internships: HITS offers seasonal horse show management internships in media and sponsorship,
legal, horse show office administration, and operations. Whether looking to build professional skills or explore future career paths, a HITS internship offers valuable experience with the largest producer of horse shows in the country.
Educational Resources: HITS provides ongoing educational resources, including informative videos, interviews with top judges, and insightful forums to support the growth and development of the equestrian community.
