Manchester, VT – June 23, 2022 – The 2022 Vermont Summer Festival (VSF) is just a few short weeks away! In addition to six weeks of hunter/jumper competition, the ever-popular exhibitor parties during the Vermont Summer Festival are back with weekly events on Wednesday evenings, as well as Monday-Funday for HITS Day at Bromley Mountain Adventure Park.



The season kicks off with a special evening at the Southern Vermont Arts Center (SVAC) on July 6 at 5 pm. The SVAC is located in the heart of Manchester, and guests will enjoy the beautiful 100-acre campus at the foot of the Taconic Mountains. SVAC provides an inviting environment for VSF exhibitors to meet, enjoy, and participate in the arts.

During Week 2, Hildene, the Lincoln Family home, will host the exhibitor party on July 13 at 5 pm. The picture-perfect setting will allow VSF exhibitors the opportunity to visit the 412-acre estate with its Georgian revival mansion and 14 historic buildings, including the home, formal garden, and observatory. The second week of the competition will also feature a Boehringer Ingelheim Trainer Reception at 4 pm on July 14 at the VIP tent. 

The amazing Smugglers’ Notch Distillery will be the host of the Week 3 party, welcoming all exhibitors to their beautiful storefront in Manchester. Scheduled for July 20 at 4 pm, the even will feature hors d'oeuvres and tastings of their award-winning spirits. Using the finest ingredients blended with pristine Vermont spring water, Smugglers' Notch Distillery makes barrel age, blend, and hand-bottle remarkably distinctive, award-winning spirits one small batch at a time. The week concludes with the Purina Animal Nutrition Grand Prix Draw Party on July 25 at 5 pm.



The fun does not stop there though, because exhibitors will not want to miss Monday Funday on July 25! Johnson Horse Transportation, the official horse carrier for VSF, is joining forces with HITS to present HITS Day at Bromley Mountain Adventure Park.  This exciting day of family fun is complimentary to all exhibitors, including the thrilling alpine slide.

The Theory Factory Outlet is a new partner to VSF in 2022 and will be welcoming all exhibitors to its store in the Manchester Center on July 27 at 5 pm. Theory believes that cool, expertly tailored pieces made from the best materials have the power to change the way people feel, improve the way we work, and inspire the way we live.

The Kitchen Store at JK Adams believes that the kitchen is the heart of every home! During Week 5 of the VSF they will open their home to exhibitors and provide an after-hours private showing of its factory where they create the highest quality, hand-crafted products for cooking and entertaining. This special event will be held on August 3 at 5 pm. On August 6, exhibitors will have the opportunity to enjoy the Taste of Vermont at the VSF. This popular mini-trade show will feature approximately 20 vendors that sample and sell their Vermont-made goods. The products featured will range from maple syrup to wood-made goods!

As the competition begins to wind down, the majestic Seesaw's Lodge will be the location of the Week 6 exhibitor party. Seesaw’s Lodge consists of three luxurious cabins and a seven-bedroom lodge with mountain views, all recently rebuilt with modern comforts in an old-world Vermont setting. Its restaurant, Johnny Seesaw’s, serves up simple inventive food with deep connections to the surrounding area and the inn’s heritage. Incorporating local ingredients with a fresh twist, the menu celebrates Vermont and elevates comfort food. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to enjoy everything Seesaw’s Loge has to offer on August 10, at 5 pm.
