725. $100,000 KINDREDBIO GRAND PRIX
FEI Table A. Article 238.2.2. Time First Jump-Off. Riders limited to One horse in this class unless fewer than 50 riders, in which case Two horses will be allowed. This class will be limited to 60 riders which will include those Riders pre-qualified under FEI rules, plus the best finishers from class 722, up to the maximum of 60 riders. The horse must complete the initial round of at least one other FEI class prior to the Grand Prix, regardless of Rider Prequalification. Refer to draft schedule for additional details.

ENTRY POLICY
FEI Division Entry Fee: $1750 per horse
Definite Entry due by Wednesday, February 7, 2018

OFFICIAL ENTRY
Horses must be Officially Entered (Definite Entry) for the FEI Division and pay a non-refundable Entry Deposit of $275 by Wednesday, February 7, 2018. Official Entry consists of registration through the FEI Entry System and entry made directly to the Ocala Masters. FEI Entry Deposit of $275 is NOT refundable after the Definite Date of Entries.

SCRATCH/WITHDRAWAL
Any Scratch/Withdrawal must be made in writing to the Show Office. Scratches received prior to February 7, 5 pm (Definite Entry Date), will be subject to a $50 Processing fee if the horse does not show in any other classes. Scratches received after the Definite Entry Date will be responsible for payment of the FEI Entry Deposit. The Scratch/Refund Policy will be applied to any horse entered through the FEI system and/or entered directly with the show.
NOTE: In the case of a scratch, also be sure to notify your NF to officially withdraw through the FEI Entry System.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions will be accepted until one hour prior to the jog. The horse being “Substituted For” will be subject to a $50 Processing Fee if it does not show any other classes.

FEI SPECIFICATIONS
Refer to Official FEI Draft Schedule for all details not covered below or in the FEI Horse and Rider Information. Updates will also be posted at HitsShows.com.

ELIGIBILITY
Riders will be invited for the FEI Section based on FEI Rules for Invitations for CSIs. Refer to Draft Schedule.

HORSES PER RIDER LIMIT
Riders may enter a total of Three horses for the FEI Division. Riders are limited to Three horses in classes 721 and 722. The Horse Limit for Class 725 will be dependent on the number of Riders who enter: if 50 or more riders enter, riders will be limited to One horse. If fewer than 50 riders enter, riders will be allowed to ride Two horses. Refer to Draft Schedule for Details.

CLASS ENTRY/DECLARATION
Declarations must be made in writing in the Show Office by 5 pm the day before the class. Late Declarations subject to Management approval and may require the horse to work first in the Order of Go.

CROSS ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
The Horse may NOT compete in any non-FEI Class at the Show until finished competing in the FEI Section. The Rider may cross enter into any other class for which they are eligible.

FEI STALLS
FEI Horse Stall fee for FEI Showing Horses is included in the FEI Entry Fee. FEI Stalls for Tack, Feed, Grooming, etc., or for Non-Showing/Scratched Horses is $375. Stalls in the FEI Stabling area are 144 square feet, temporary, under tents with doors. Horses must be entered in the FEI Division to be eligible for Secure Stabling. Secure Stabling is available beginning Monday, February 19, 12 noon, and ends Monday, February 26, 12 noon.

OFFICIAL JOG
Wednesday, February 21, at 11 am. This jog is for horses entered in the FEI Division. Please check with the Stabling Office for stabling assignment prior to the jog.

SECURE STABLING
Horses entered in any class of the FEI Division are required to stable in the FEI Secure Stabling area beginning Wednesday immediately following the jog until the horse is finished showing in the FEI Division.

CREDENTIALS
Special credentials will be required for all owners, riders, trainers and grooms wishing to access the FEI Barn. Credentials will be distributed at the Jog.

IDENTIFICATION
Once the horse has entered Secure Stabling it must wear its assigned entry number when not in its stall. Horses may be ridden or exercised only in the supervised designated Schooling Areas.

RIDING/SCHOOLING/LUNGEING SCHEDULE

The Show Committee reserves to itself the right to interpret any question with regard to the rules and specifications set forth above or in the FEI Draft Schedule, and/or with regard to the conduct or compliance of any rider without claims for damages or recourse of any kind and the Show Committee's decision will be final.
