Updated Fee Policies for HITS Shows in 2009

Ship-in Fees Eliminated for all HITS Shows in 2009
Starting this winter, exhibitors who ship-in for HITS shows in
Thermal, Ocala and Arizona will not be charged the standard ship-in
fee. This policy will continue for the summer shows in Culpeper
and Saugerties as well.
Historically, the option to ship-in has been most popular in Ocala,
Culpeper and Saugerties and we are confident in our ability to
accommodate these exhibitors from a space and logistical standpoint. We
are excited to be able to make this offer to customers at a time when
it can be most helpful.
Discounted Warm-up Tickets Offered for all HITS Shows in 2009
HITS will offer discounted warm-up ticket booklets at each of its
circuits this year, starting with the winter shows in Thermal, Ocala
and Arizona. Booklets of 10 warm-up tickets will be available for
purchase in the Horse Show Office for a significant savings. Individual
tickets will still be available for purchase.
We hope that you take advantage of these special offers for the
