Reception at the HITS Restaurant honoring Secretariat
presented by Kate Chenery Tweedy, daughter of Penny Chenery, and author of “Secretariat's Meadow-The Land, The Family, The Legend,” for a wonderful evening dedicated to the greatest racehorse of all time!. Kate will be sharing the history of her family, their farm and the horses that went on to fame and glory. She will also show the three Triple Crown races and discuss the making of the movie followed by a Q&A session. “Secretariat's Meadow” will be available for purchase with a personal signing from Kate. Come enjoy this wonderful event, detailing the legacy of the great Secretariat, shared by the family that owned and loved him! Presentation starts at 7 PM, Saturday, February 18 th , in the HITS restaurant- Complimentary reception-all are welcome to attend!

Numerous breeds of horses will be represented in a colorful parade sure to delight all horse lovers. The action takes place around noon in the Grand Prix ring prior to the $50,000 Strongid C 2X Grand Prix presented by Pfizer Animal Health. Special demonstrations will take place during the day celebrating the World of the Horse. Stay tuned for more details!
