THERMAL, California – HITS, Inc., the nation’s largest horse show company, is pleased to announce that it will take over all event production, including hospitality services, of the 2015 National Sunshine Series in Thermal, California.

“I enjoyed working with Ali Nilforushan last year and we jointly decided that he would come to the event this year as an exhibitor. Ali’s training business is a priority for him and takes precedent over all else. I look forward to him participating in that capacity at this year’s event. He is the type of personality that immerses himself fully into whatever task he is handling. I am also certain that we will see Ali in a management position at other events soon,” said HITS President and CEO Thomas Struzzieri.

The National Sunshine Series takes place October 28 - November 8 at HITS Desert Horse Park. HITS will award $1 million in prize money during the two week series, which includes an array of top hunter and jumper classes such as the $350,000 Sunshine Grand Prix CSI 5* (pending approval), a $100,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby, the West Coast Pony Finals and the Zone 10 Age Group Equitation Finals.

Night classes under the lights, live music, special events, and a gourmet menu at the Go Rentals VIP Club, prepared by Executive Chef and Culinary Institute of America alumnus Giuseppe Napoli, add to the excitement in the desert, while taking advantage of Southern California’s temperate late-fall weather. Other enhancements to this year’s show include Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) CSI-5* rating (pending approval), on top of extensive grounds improvements in 2014.
