SHOW CONTRACT FORMS :
2013 Horse Show Application

• All shows hosting Marshall & Sterling classes must send a dated and signed contract to the League office a minimum of 30-days prior to the start of their show. The League will not recognize points from shows without a contract and/or without 30-days notice.

• It is the responsibility of the show management to send results and payment to the League office within three weeks of the close of their event. Shows failing to do so, will be considered cancelled as per their agreement with the Marshall & Sterling Insurance League and points will not be awarded.

• Horse show management may not host "Private" events for individual barns and/or students.

• The Marshall & Sterling Insurance League will not recognize points from any show in violation of League rules, and reserves the right to terminate future contracts from these shows.

REQUIRED PRIZE LIST ADS:
All member shows are required to publish both the League Membership Application and Insurance Company Ad in their prize lists.
