DESCRIPTION: This class is part of the Marshall & Sterling League. The Devoucoux 3'3” Hunter Derby Finals will be held at the Marshall & Sterling League Finals, September 16-19, 2010.
HITS hosted a 3'3” Hunter Derby at HITS Saugerties last spring with great reviews! An inaugural M&S 3'3” Hunter Derby was held at last year's Marshall & Sterling League Finals, and we were proud to host 51 entries! With the success of the these two classes, as well as the continuing growth of the Adequan Hunter Division, it became clear to us that there was demand for a Derby-type class at 3'3”, making it a viable option for Juniors, Amateurs and Professionals, as well as Children's and Adult riders. This class will expand the Marshall & Sterling League to 14 divisions, crossing a broad spectrum of riders.
Qualifying Classes will be held at HITS shows in 2010, including HITS Ocala, HITS Thermal, HITS Culpeper and HITS Saugerties. A select number of M&S League shows are also being invited to host qualifying classes. Please see the Event Calendar for a complete list. The number of qualifying classes will be limited so that there will be only one Devoucoux 3'3” Derby Host Competition per week (with the exception of the winter when HITS Ocala and HITS Thermal may run on the same weeks).
