FEI DIVISION ENTRY FEE PER HORSE - $1750
Horses must be Officially Entered for the FEI Division and pay the non-refundable FEI Deposit Fee of $500 by Wednesday, January 24, 5 pm. Official Entry consists of registration through the FEI system and entry made directly to HITS. FEI Deposit Fee is not refundable after the Definite Date of Entries.
SCRATCH / WITHDRAWAL
Any Scratch/Withdrawal from the FEI Division must be made in writing to the Show Office. Scratches received prior to January 24, 5 pm (Definite Entry Date) will be subject to a $75 Processing fee if the horse does not show in any other classes. Scratches received after the Definite Entry Date will be responsible for payment of the FEI Deposit Fee. The Scratch/Refund policy will be applied to any horse entered through the FEI system and/or entered directly with the show. NOTE: In the case of a scratch, also be sure to contact your NF to officially withdraw through the FEI system.
Substitutions will be accepted until one hour prior to the jog. The horse being substituted for will be subject to a $75 Processing fee if it does not show in any other classes.

ELIGIBILITY - FEI DIVISION - Open to Riders eligible based on FEI Rules for CSI-W events. Refer to Draft Schedule.
ELIGIBILITY - WORLD CUP CLASS 725
A maximum of 40 riders will be eligible for the World Cup Qualifier based on results of class 722. Riders showing two horses in Class 722 must declare their “World Cup Qualifying” horse, and must ride this horse first in the order of go. The rider may qualify for the World Cup riding any horse, however, the horse to be shown in the World Cup must complete the initial round in another FEI class at the show prior to competing in the World Cup. Additionally, the horse may not compete in any other class on the same day as the World Cup Qualifier.
HORSES PER RIDER LIMIT
Riders may enter a total of Three horses for the FEI Division. Riders are limited to Two horses in classes 722 and 723, and One horse in class 725. Refer to Draft Schedule for Details.
Declarations must be made in writing in the Show Office by 4 pm the day before the class. After that time, the Post Entry fee will apply to late Declarations; Scratch Fee will apply to any scratch. Once the class has started it may not be scratched. In the case of a Vet Scratch, Scratch Fee will still apply.
CROSS ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
Horses may NOT cross enter into any non-FEI class at the same show. Riders may NOT cross enter into any Junior or Amateur Jumper Class at the same show.
FEI Horse Stall fee for FEI Showing Horses is included in the FEI Entry Fee. FEI Stalls for Tack, Feed, Grooming, etc., or for Non-Showing/Scratched Horses is $500. Stalls in the FEI Stabling area measure 144 square feet and are of both Permanent and Temporary construction, with doors. Horses must be entered in the FEI Division to be eligible for Secure Stabling. Secure Stabling is available beginning Monday, February 5, 12 noon, and ends Monday, February 12, 12 noon.
Wednesday, February 7, 7am. This jog is for horses entered in the FEI Division. Please check with the Stabling Office for stabling assignment prior to the jog.
Horses entered in any class of the FEI Division are required to stable in the FEI Secure Stabling area beginning Wednesday immediately following the jog until the horse is finished showing in the FEI Division.
Special credentials will be required for all owners, riders, trainers, grooms wishing to access the FEI Barn. Credentials will be distributed at the Jog.
Once the horse has entered Secure Stabling it must wear its assigned entry number when not in its stall. Horses may be ridden or exercised only in the supervised designated Schooling Areas.

The Show Committee reserves to itself the right to interpret any question or occurrence with regard to the conduct or compliance of any rider without claims for damages or recourse of any kind and the Show Committee's decision will be final.
