Culpeper in the summertime is the place to be! Showday National takes place this week at HITS Commonwealth Park, July 1-5, followed by the Cavalier Classic July 8-12. Additional copies of the 2015 Prize List for HITS Culpeper have been mailed, and are also available to download online here.

Museum of Culpeper History - $1 Off Admission for HITS Exhibitors!
View exhibits on Culpeper's Civil War history, displays of dinosaur tracks discovered in a local quarry, American Indian artifacts and much more.

The State Theatre
Catch a 35mm classic movie, documentary, foreign film, or a live arts performance at the restored 1983 Culpeper State Theatre at 305 S. Main Street.

3rd Thursday Summer Concert Series
A tradition in Downtown Culpeper. The Depot is the place to be every third Thursday through August for an enjoyable evening for the entire family.

Library of Congress Packard Campus for Audio-Visual Conservation
Visitors can enjoy weekly movies: Thursdays and Fridays at 7:30 pm, and Saturday at either 7:30 pm or a 2:00 pm matinee. The state-of-the-art projection booth is capable of showing everything from nitrate film to modern digital cinema. All programs are free and open to the public. Reservations are strongly encouraged.

Culpeper Downtown Farmer's Market
Located in historic downtown Culpeper at the corner of Davis and Commerce streets. The market has grown to more than 40 participants this season. Saturdays 7:30 am - Noon, through November.
